These terms and conditions apply to www.nabrang.com Discount code ("Discount code") issued by DRS GlobeNXT LLP. These Discount code can be redeemed on www.nabrang.com (website/mobile app) ("Nabrang™ Website") in the form of Nabrang.com Discount codes ("Discount codes") issued by Nabrang™ India. Please note that there is no value per se stored on these Discount code and these can only be utilized for redemption into Discount codes. Accordingly, these Discount code do not constitute 'pre-paid payment instruments' in terms of the Policy Guidelines on Issuance and Operation of Pre-paid Payment Instruments in India issued by the Reserve Bank of India, from time to time. By purchasing or using a Discount code Voucher, you are agreeing to and accept these terms and conditions.
Validity, Redemption & Limitations
Discount code are valid till the claim-by-date and can be redeemed on the Nabrang™ Website only in the form of discount code.
The Discount code will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of claim (which is the date of issuance of the Discount code by Nabrang™ India) and such balance may be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable for the www.Nabrang.com Discount code available on the Nabrang™ Website ("Discount code Terms").
Discount code may only be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products on the Nabrang™ Website. Any such purchases made will be deducted from the redeemer's Discount code. Any unused Discount code will not be refunded or redeemed or applied to further purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Discount code, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Discount codes. Discount code cannot be used to purchase other Discount codes. Unused Discount codes associated with Nabrang.com account may not be transferred to another Nabrang.com account.
Usage Restrictions for Discount code
There are certain rules and restrictions which limit the use of Discount code. Your Discount code will be redeemable provided that it fulfills the set criterion, including the below mentioned:
1. Discount code is claimed within the claim by date mentioned on the Discount code.
2. Discount code will be subject to the terms and conditions of specific campaigns run by Nabrang™ from time to time including limits as set on the number of Discount code which can be claimed in a customer account.
If the above criteria is not met, you will get to know the reason on the Nabrang™ Website at the time of claiming the Discount code. You cannot file claims and refunds for any Nabrang.com Discount code.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Nabrang.com Discount code terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha in case of any disputes. You agree to indemnify Nabrang™(DRS GlobeNXT LLP) for all claims brought by any third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with any breach of these Nabrang.com Discount code terms and conditions.
General Terms
These Nabrang.com Discount code terms and conditions are in addition to the Nabrang.com Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using the Nabrang™ Website and the Discount code Terms. To the extent the Nabrang.com Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Nabrang.com Discount code Terms, these Nabrang.com Discount code Terms will prevail with respect to Discount code only. To the extent the Discount code Terms are inconsistent with the Nabrang.com Discount code Terms; these Nabrang.com Discount code Terms shall prevail with respect to the Discount code only. Nabrang™ reserves the right to withdraw, change/modify these Nabrang.com Discount code terms and conditions from time to time in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you.
Limitation of Liability
NABRANG™ INDIA DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO DISCOUNT CODE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A DISCOUNT CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK AT NABRANG™ WEBSITE AND TRY TO GET THE PROBLEM RESOLVED. NO NEW DISCOUNT CODE WILL BE ISSUED IN CASE THE PROBLEM CAN NOT BE RESOLVED. IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
Lost or Stolen Discount code
Discount code are the responsibility of the customer and any such Discount code that are either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
